Sign in
- Open this page in Safari.
- Tap the Share button (the square with the arrow pointing up). On newer iPhones, tap ••• at the bottom first, then Share.
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
- If you see Open as Web App, leave it turned on. Tap Add.
- Open it from the new Invites icon. Sign in once with Keep me signed in ticked, and after that it opens straight to your invites, full screen with no address bar.
- Tap the ⋮ menu (three dots) at the top right of the browser.
- Tap Add to Home screen, then Install. If you see Install app instead, tap that.
- If it says it couldn’t install, do step 2 again and pick Create shortcut instead. It works the same, it just shows the web address at the top.
- Open it from the new Invites icon. Sign in once with Keep me signed in ticked, and after that it opens straight to your invites, full screen with no address bar.

- Not sure which day? Let them pick Offer up to five days, each with its own tee time or tee-time window. Friends tap the days that work, you see which day most can come, and lock it in. The invitations go out from there.
- Book once everyone’s in NEW Still have to call the pro shop? Give a window like 8 to 10 AM. When everyone’s in, you get Everyone’s in, time to book. Tap I booked it and everyone gets the exact time and the green fee.
- A waiting list that runs itself Someone drops out, you add a spot, or you can’t make it yourself, and the next one moves up with a You’re in email.
- Lineup changes, handled NEW When a new player comes in after the tee time is booked, the others get an email saying who’s out and who’s in.

“Pay your green fee at the pro shop” or “Pay the organizer back,” with the amount in bold in every email. N/A at a members club.
